On-Site Services

INFO CENTRE:

All the details you need to know about who’s who and what’s what at Kidsfest can be found at the Festival Box Office.

PARKING:

You will find parking at The Forks (in the parkade and at various lots). Please carpool where possible.

SMOKE FREE SITE:

The Children’s Festival is committed to a clean-air environment. Please refrain from smoking anywhere within the fenced-in festival site.

ANIMALS:

We love animals but find the Festival is too much for them. Please leave your dogs, cats, snakes, ferrets, lizards and other creatures at home. Service Animals are welcome.

BABY AREA:

The Festival has an area dedicated for changing and nursing; please check the map or ask a volunteer for directions.

LOST AND FOUND

Lost someone or something that is yours? Found someone or something that’s not? Come to the Lost and Found at the Store. Please make sure to tell your child to ask a volunteer for help if they lose you.

GOT A BOO BOO?

It’s never fun to get hurt, but if you do, our Festival first aid crew will take care of you. They are all experienced and Canadian Ski Patrol certified so you are in good hands.

THIRST QUENCHER:

Free drinking water is available at the Hydration Station sponsored by Corpell’s Water. Please bring your own canteen/water bottle and fill up for the day!

WASHROOMS:

After taking advantage of the free drinking water and the many food vendors, you need not look far to find one of the many portable units stationed around the Festival site.

Remember:

We are an environmentally friendly site. Please recycle and please pick up after yourselves to make the Festival more enjoyable for the people (and the trees.)
